Payment Options
For your convenience, we have provided online financing. SightTrust Eye Institute offers different financing programs to fit your needs. We have several payment plans available, including those with no interest for up to 24 months. SightTrust Eye Institute Payment Policy
Due to the overwhelming interest in vision correction and given our need to maintain strict control over our procedure schedule, the following represents our required payment policy:
- Payment in full is required seven (7) days prior to your procedure date.
- Patients who applied for financing are required to post a deposit seven (7) days prior to procedure.
- Failure to make payment seven (7) days prior to procedure will result in reservation being cancelled.
- Patients scheduling procedure within seven (7) days of procedure will have 24 hours to arrange payment.
- Cancellation within seven (7) business days of your procedure will result in a $250 forfeiture and a $500 forfeiture within two (2) business days of the procedure. This fee may be applied to future service, however, subsequent cancellation will also be subjected to these charges.
- A non-refundable $250 deposit will be due at the time of exams performed more than seven (7) days prior to procedure.
- All fees will be refunded in the event that it is determined by SightTrust Eye Institute that you are not a candidate.
- To assist us in streamlining the payment process, we require that you complete a Form of Payment release at the time of booking. If not completed within 24 hours of booking, your reservation will be canceled. (Your credit card payment/personal check will not be processed/deposited until seven days prior to your procedure date.) Please make all cash payments in person.
Options for payment are:
- Pay with cash, check, credit card, or money order.
- Finance through our same-as-cash or long-term financing program.
- Independently work with the financial institution of your choice to obtain a loan.
